How do I register for the Conference?

Registrations for the 2015 Conference will be accepted in early January. Completed registration forms should be mailed to:

All completed Registration Forms must include a cheque payable to: Oakville Parent-Child Centre.

 

How do I register for a specific sessions?

Indicate your choices for each workshop on the registration form. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your choices. If none of your workshop choices are available an alternative will be selected for you. Workshop feasibility depends on registration numbers.

 

How will I know which workshops I will be attending?

Registration packages may be picked up at the registration table on the day of the conference. Confirmation of your workshop choices are included in your registration package but will not be mailed.

 

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes, receipts will be provided to you in your registration package on the day of the Conference.

 

Is there a student rate?

In our continuing effort to assist students and seniors we are pleased to offer a special Conference rate of $40.00 per person.

 

Will there be exhibits?

Yes, we are pleased to host a number of publisher displays. Last year over 30 publishers provided exhibits and door prizes.

 

What is your refund policy?

We have no refund policy

 

Inclement Weather policy?

In the event of inclement weather please listen to your local radio stations for cancellation information.
